Invisible Service and Our Hands-Off Approach to Hospitality

We’ve found that the best way to help our guests get the most out of their trip is to simply get out of their way. So rather than a standard check-in process, we provide unique access codes. Rather than a loud, public lobby bar, we stock a private, guest-only honor bar. At The Winston, we’ve engineered our Invisible Service to provide the luxuries that make your stay extraordinary and the privacy that makes it your own.

Innovative Design Demands Intentionality

At The Winston, every last square foot has been expertly crafted to create ample room for imagination and leave very little for ambiguity. It all starts with a bold color palette—one grounded in farmer green, navy blue, and porpoise grey and enlivened with blush pink, crimson red, and tangerine. Then every single headboard, armchair and coffee table has been hand-selected to introduce texture or create dimension within that palette. And the end result is a hotel unlike any other—one in which no two guest rooms are adorned with the same décor and no two stays deliver the same experience.

In our Clock Tower Suite, sunset filters in through antique glass to bring pops of orange and pink to a sitting room filled with greys and creams. While in our double king, an abundance of rich farmer green and heavy linen curtains create the ideal conditions for rest. From the selection of books in our library to the selection of throw pillows on your bed, no element of the design at The Winston has been left to chance.

Vibrant in hue and eclectic in style, these chairs are almost too pretty to sit in. Almost.

Equally sized and evenly spaced, these orderly wreaths are both texturally and geometrically satisfying.

Meticulously hand carved and fastidiously inlaid, these dressers are beautifully intricate without being overwhelming.
